No hourly billing, no administration fee, no flat-fee for each action. We understand that managing the costs associated with patent services can be a significant challenge. After decades of experience, we've come to realize that the traditional billing methods of law firms can sometimes present financial barrier and it does not fit within our business model, which is to be an extension of your legal and R&amp;D team. 
To address this issue, we're excited to introduce our new pricing structure - a flat monthly fee for a certain number of hours.
Unlike conventional law firms that charge clients by the hour or apply a flat fee for each individual action, we've adopted a monthly fee-based model. This model provides all the advantages of having in-house counsel while maintaining the expertise and objectivity of external representation. 
Clients can choose a monthly fee for a set number of hours of service per month, which includes working closely with legal and R&amp;D teams, training, patent application drafting, filing, and prosecution with the USPTO and EPO. 
If your needs evolve or you require more support, we can easily adjust the monthly fee and hours allocated to accommodate your changing requirements. You're in control, and we're here to make it work for you.
Our monthly fee does not apply to representation in post-grant proceedings such as oppositions, appeals, and litigation.
