Haim Modiano, US Patent Agent

Haim brings years of engineering experience, primarily in the electro-optics and photonics industries. Haim manages patent portfolios for clients and patent prosecution and protection for newly developed and existing technologies in Electro-optics, Physical Sciences, and General Engineering. He is a registered US Patent Agent.

Previously, Haim was a Patent Associate at Dr. Eyal Bressler & Co. where he worked on patent prosecution with an emphasis on developing IP protection for start-ups and small-entity inventors, following his tenures at two other specialized firms. Prior to that, he was a Technical & Scientific Writer and Editor for electro-optical products made by various companies.

In his engineering career of over 20 years in the USA and Israel, Haim worked as an engineer and researcher developing technologies across a wide range of areas including laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy and algorithms for mineralogical analysis, audio analysis methods, signal processing, photonic devices, optical communication links, and surgical lasers.

Haim holds a B.Eng. degree with Honors in Engineering Physics – Applied Optics and an M.Eng. in Applied Optics from Stevens Institute of Technology.
