Ronny is admitted before the European Patent Office, the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Unified Patent Court. He concentrates his practice on both U.S. and European patent prosecution, UPC invalidity proceedings, and EPO opposition and appeal proceedings. He has around 20 years of experience prosecuting US and European patent applications.

He served a clerkship with the honorable Randall Rader, former Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ronny started his patent law career in New York at Kenyon & Kenyon in 2004. He further developed his knowledge and expertise at various international law firms in Europe. 

Ronny received his diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe from CEIPI and his Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property Law from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center partnering with the Max Planck Institute and the George Washington University Law School. He studied biomedical engineering at University of California-San Diego where he was recognized as top 1% student in the nation and for his research on biophysical properties of blood substituents.

Additionally, Ronny has gained and is gaining knowledge of Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, and Cryptography by studying at continuing education programs. Ronny is currently master of science candidate in Quantum Computer technology.

Jason was a founding partner and co-chair of the Intellectual Property Practice of Mintz Levin, where his work involved both prosecution and litigation of patent and trademark issues. He has extensive experience regarding patent issues in the electronics industry, medical devices, energy-related technologies, security and telecommunication systems. 

Jason also served as a partner at Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, and at Gaston & Snow, where he established and headed the firm's first patent department. 

Jason began his career as an examiner in the US Patent and Trademark Office and was in-house counsel for Westinghouse Electric, where he was responsibte for IP licensing and joint ventures, as well as for various investments and divestments for the company. He was also an attorney with the US International Trade Commission, where he handled actions brought under Section 337. 

Jason has served full-time as an associate professor at Suffolk University School of Law, where he taught courses in patent, computer, and high-tech law. He has delivered numerous lectures concerning patent prosecution and litigation and. in particular, the prosecution of foreign and software-related inventions. 

Jason has testified before the US Patent and Trademark Office and the US Senate on a range of subjects, including patents for computer software and international taxation proposals. He is a named inventor on ten US patents (including medical device patent applications) and the inventor of several other non-US patents. 

Jason holds a B.Sc in Engineering Physics from New York University. a JD General Law/Patents from the American University Washington College of Law and an LLM in Patents and international Business from Georgetown University Law Center 

His recognition & awards include: Best Lawyers in America: Patent Law (2013 - 2023); Chambers Global: Intellectual Property (2011 ~ 2012); Superlawyers 2021, 2022, 2023; Past President, Boston Patent Law Association.

Omer brings a unique synthesis of experience and perspective drawn from the worlds of tech investing, tech entrepreneurship, and global in-house IP management. 

He began his career at San Francisco Science, a Silicon Valley boutique venture capital fund specializing in medical devices. Omer was responsible for screening projects and overseeing due diligence, and was appointed CEO of its two major investments. He managed Cybro Medical, a start-up company whose products included a reflective pulse oximeter for fetus monitoring and a non-invasive RF based cardiac output monitor. Under Omer's management, the company was acquired by lmagyn Medical Technologies, and Omer served as the general manager of Imagyn’'s Israeli subsidiary for several years, before returning to San Francisco Science to lead the fund's second investment in Medical Dynamics, which commercialized a pneumatic device for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis. 

Omer continued his VC and entrepreneurial activities by establishing a group of Angel investors and an Ultrasound technology accelerator. In this role, Omer led the development and commercialization of a urology Holter monitor and a platform technology for non-invasive measurement of blood constituents. 

Over the last decade, Omer shifted his business focus to the intellectual property arena and served as in-house IP manager at Lumenis, where he gained extensive experience regarding the critical role of IP in a leading global company. At Lumenis. Omer led all invention harvesting, patent drafting and prosecution, in and out licensing. freedom-to-operate analysis, IP due diligence, licensing and litigations. 

Omer combines his business and entrepreneurial spirit with his global in-house IP experience. As a businessperson, Omer provides bottom line-oriented IP inputs to support client decision-making processes. As an IP expert. He builds the IP strategy necessary to make any Company's business model sustainable 

Education Omer holds a B.A. in Physics and a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the International Master's Program in Patent Law at the University of Haifa, an executive program at the Haifa Center for Law and Technology (HCLT) in collaboration with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Worldwide Academy. Omer received an MBA from the International Executive Master of Business Administration program at the Haifa University's Faculty of Managemet. |
