Mr. Amirsehhi is a qualified European Patent Attorney, admitted to practice before the European Patent Office (EPO) and Unified Patent Court (UPC), and a registered United States Patent Agent, authorized to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Mr. Amirsehhi's title as Patent Attorney (USPTO, EPO, UPC) shall reflect the above statement.
Mr. Amirsehhi is not a licensed attorney-at-law in any U.S. state or territory, does not hold membership in any U.S. state bar. Leo&us and Mr. Amirsehhi is not subject to the ethical rules, professional conduct obligations, or regulatory oversight imposed upon attorneys admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction of the United States. The professional services rendered by Mr. Amirsehhi and Leo&us are strictly limited to patent prosecution and related intellectual property matters before the USPTO, EPO, and UPC, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of said offices, including but not limited to 37 C.F.R. § 11.1 et seq. Representation of Leo&us or Mr. Amirsehhi before the European Patent Office is governed only by the regulations and Code of Professional Conduct of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi). Rules and Regulation of the USPTO is disclaimed to the European patent matters before the EPO or UPC represented by Leo&us and Mr. Amirsehhi.
